These machines utilize nano-nitrogen alloy technology to strengthen blade edges. The precision-machined blade edges are coated with nano-chromium, ammoniated chromium alloy, and Teflon coatings, enhancing blade strength and sharpness, ensuring longer-lasting sharpness and durability. In June 2007, the company added two internationally advanced blade processing lines. In 2021, the company invested tens of millions of yuan in automatic blade spot welding and inspection machines, establishing itself as one of the largest professional, independent-brand OEM blade manufacturing facilities in China.
